The breakfast was okay. so close tothe bus terminal. and you don't need to walk uphill to this hotel.   The suites were located close to town which made trips to grab a bite to eat easily accessible. Staff spoke english very well and were more than accomodating booking us tours, storing our luggage and offering us coffee or another beverage anytime we were outside. The breakfast was also quite expansive and served - Wow!!!! Possibly the coolest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful. They were instrumental in helping us get some of our lost luggage from Kayseri airport. They booked all the tours for us and made our trip so effortless. The views from the room were spectacular. We are the envy of all our friends when we show them the pictures of our room. Will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

The breakfast was perfect with many - Everything was perfect. The staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their face. They went out of their way to help. The receptionist even gave me her mobile phone to use! The spa centre was enjoyable. They had woman only swimming/spa time too. The quality of the food at the restaurant was excellent. I would definitely visit here again, we even extended our stay at Ankara because the hotel was so good, we did not want to leave.
