  This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are beautiful, and there are many terrasses and patios for relaxation. The breakfast buffet was superb, even for me who is gluten- and lactose intolerant. Ours had two windows that opened to a beautiful view of Goreme and other carved sandstone-like spires. At sunrise, you could see many hot-air balloons ascending in the sky. Fabulous! The breakfast was okay. so close tothe bus terminal. and you don't need to walk uphill to this hotel. Not only were they the helpful about arranging tours, recommending restaurants, even reserving out of town excursions, they were some of the friendliest people we met in Cappadocia. They do everything to help make your stay pleasant, and your visit to the area as effortless as possible. Ask for Ilknur and Kemal, they were terrific.

  The suites were located close to town which made trips to grab a bite to eat easily accessible. Staff spoke english very well and were more than accomodating booking us tours, storing our luggage and offering us coffee or another beverage anytime we were outside. The rooms were very cute and spacious and included a safe which was appreciated. The breakfast was also quite expansive and served - Wow!!!! Possibly the coolest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful. They were instrumental in helping us get some of our lost luggage from Kayseri airport. They booked all the tours for us and made our trip so effortless. The views from the room were spectacular. We are the envy of all our friends when we show them the pictures of our room. Will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

  I enjoyed everything about this hotel -- the amazing view, the traditionally decorated cave room, the rich breakfast, the warm tea after a whole day of walking, etc. Most important was my interaction with the staff there. They have hearts of gold and treated my friend and me like lost family.   The hotel is centrally located near central coach station in Ankara with convenient connections to other central districts of the city. My room was very clean and comfortable, the furniture was new and the room facilities were complete to my needs. I also used the sauna and the Finnish bath facilities in the hotel. The breakfast was perfect with many - Everything was perfect. The staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their face. They went out of their way to help. The receptionist even gave me her mobile phone to use! The spa centre was enjoyable. They had woman only swimming/spa time too. The quality of the food at the restaurant was excellent. I would definitely visit here again, we even extended our stay at Ankara because the hotel was so good, we did not want to leave.
