We normally don't stay in dorms, but our experience was great. The staff were accomodating and friendly. Dorms were clean and spacious with big windows, comfortable beds, and lockers. The building is old, but charming and appeared to be well-maintained. Location is convenient and surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of Galata. Water cooler and brewed coffee at breakfast was a welcome bonus. A strong reccommend.

This place is run by a group of polite and helpful students. The location is very near Istiklal avenue but it is on a quiet alley. Breakfast was also good and towel is provided for a deposit. There is also a kitchen where you can have your meal and free tea/coffee and meet other travelers.
