  The reception man was soooooo friendly. He helped us so much. I told him that i was very tired from my flight and he let me check in 7:00 a.m instead of 2:00 p.m and he let me eat breakfast all of this for no extra charge.   My room was clean and comfortable. I checked into my room very late at night. I was pleased that there was someone on duty when I arrived. When I checked out I was asked if I wanted to leave my bag while I visited Taksim Square. The area around the hotel is crammed with other hotels, small shops, restraunts for tourists.   The receptionists were exceptionally excellent in providing extra information for a new guest like me who did not have much knowledge about Istanbul - it was nice and bubbling for someone like me who loves city life. Breakfast was nice and I enjoyed my stay.
