My room was clean and comfortable. I checked into my room very late at night. I was pleased that there was someone on duty when I arrived. When I checked out I was asked if I wanted to leave my bag while I visited Taksim Square. If you arrive by plane at Sahiba Gökçen Airport take the Havataş bus to Taksim and it's a short walk to the hotel. great location. can be reached easily from airport by taking the havatas to taxim. Just 5 min walk from taxim square. Value for money. Spacious and comfortable. Safe and secure. Friendly and helpful staff. Free wifi. i loved it. I would recommend the hotel to all my friends and family visiting istanbul.

The staff is really helpful as well (though not all of them are fluent in English) and the hotel is less than two minutes, on foot, from Taksim Square. from the moment you arrived the staff is amazing until the moment you leave , the room is large clean and comfortable , the location is perfect , thank all. It was nice visit and staying in Istambul. Everything is good but sometimes internet connection was out for long time and not so faster. three apples suites are oh high standard with all facilities excellent location , very friendly and helpfully staff. all staff is new but all is friendly and helpful staff . it was clean 2 mint far about taxsim. The hotel was in a very convenient location, almost two steps from Taksim square. The stuff was polite and helpful. The building was in a very good shape from the outside. If you keep the door to the rest of the suite open, then it's fine, but otherwise, it can get a little claustrophobic. My apartment at the basement had very poor telephone and internet access. I had to always climb to the reception to make phone calls and also access the internet. I sent an e-mail twice the day before check-in and nobody replied. What is more, although I had booked a ground floor appartment when we arrived there we were given a dark basement. The room was not exactly like the images but comfortable after all. We felt that it was not very clean, the sofa and the walls were stained all over. finally,we could not connect to the internet. Some of receptionists didn't speak almost any english word. We need to ask twice for having our room clean after 3 days stay. The room had a weird smell. Breakfast could be improved No lift - so be prepared if your room is in the 4th floor as mine was. Location was bit difficult to find as no one in Taksim knew about this road. One of the friendly local guy called the hotel to find the exact location and I was escorted. Very poor street presentation and small room with a very small shower cubicle. Expected a separate bedroom with a lounge area with a fold out bed. Turned out to be nothing like anticipated and fold out bed was broken and managements answer was to prop it up with pillows. I would not recommend this hotel. A lot of curve steps no left not good at all for old man and children. We feel dangerous in the hotel place. No taxi know the hotel place. The picture is very much deceiving, just forget about those pictures. Plus, i booked for the ground floor room but the receptionist led us to the basement but i was just too exhausted from the flight to make claims on it. i wouldn't recommend this place to my acquaintances. it was totally opposite to what I saw on the web. The room had a smell of sewage and we had to request for the rooms to be cleaned on a daily basis. Everything in regards to fixtures was broken and not working properly. The hotel was a total nightmare. I guess you get what you paid for. The room was drab, hot, in the basement, deplorable neighborhood, breakfast inadequate. - Not clean - noisy (in the evening the people of the reception talk very loudly so it is hard to sleep) - the second part of the hotel is in a very crapy street - the bed is supposed to be king size but it is something like 1.3 m. No. Elevators and not for family .booking .com has cheated me . bookng .com pls do not entertain this kind of hotels in your site and cheat your valued customers for sake of money.
