- perfect location - you can easily walk to all main historical sites and shopping areas - super staff with excellent sight-seeing recommendations who were always friendly - room small, as expected; but clean with a lovely little balcony having a view of the Blue Mosque and nicely decorated - modern bathroom clean and plenty of hot water for your shower - beautiful terrace for delicious meals with a view of the Marmara sea in one direction, and the Blue Mosque in another - especially beautiful .
所有评语 » Perfect location for visit istanbul, 3 minutes walk from Aya Sofia and blue Mosquee, the view of the terrace is also great !! Mohammad at the reception make our stay perfect, it was so nice and will provide all your need for a good visit of Istanbul, the room with balcony is quite small but OK for a couple and well equiped (TV, airdryer...) ; for the price paid, the ratio quality/price with balcony and view terrace is really cheap compared with other hotel I saw in the same street which have no. We really enjoyed our stay at the Charm Hotel as it is located just a block away from the Blue Mosque and the Arasta Bazaar, which makes it ideal for exploring all the sites in the Golden Horn. Our room was small but very clean and with a direct view at the Blue Mosque; you can also touch the Blue Mosque from the roof terrace which makes it a perfect place to have a drink or diner. The food is delicious and the staff very friendly. Mehmet was very nice and recommended some great excursions for . Great location, a few minutes to tram, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapı Palace. Surrounded by cafes, shops, markets. Silent at night, very safe. We stayed at top floor deluxe room. It has a splendid Blue mosque view. Just above, there is a terrace restaurant. We had very delicious dinner over there. Panoramic view is terrific. No elevator yet staff is very helful. They helped us for the luggages and sightseeing. Room was nicely decorated, clean and functional. Overall we enjoyed our stay i. Great Location. Friendly staff. Amazing interiors. After We arrived to Atatürk airport We got on Taxi And taxi driver show round İstanbul .. then We arrived to hotel Taxi driver Wanted to from us 100 TL we know that taxi price about 50 TL then we objected this Stuation.. Then we talk with hotel Reseption and security this subject.. then they talk with taxi driver.. Taxi driver toke from us 45 TL .. Thank you very. Fantastic hotel, you get what you pay for. Friendly staff, great location. They let me check in without charge at 6am. Free tea and water bottles provided to me without any charge. Blue mosque and grand bazaar 5 mins walk. Staff also speak excellent english which is always useful. If your a couple, i would select the double deluxe room with the balcony, the standard room is quiet small including toilet. Mohammed who works late night is very friendly and is was very helpful. Everything was perfect. Extremely helpful and kind staff, excellent location, very cool at the heart of historical penninsula neighborhood, lots of shops and restaurants around, close to everywhere, tramway just 1 min. Away. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and good quality choices. Room was wide and in good condition. Great value for money. I definitely recommend this hotel and I would be happy to stay again in a later. I chose Great Charm hotel because of the Great reviews I read about this hotel and I was so happy with my choice because it was absolutely right choice. When I had arrived the hotel,welcome was perfect.Staff carried our luggage to my room.I stayed room number 301.That room was very comfortable and large.In addition to this,my room had Blue Mosque view.Breakfast so good and I had breakfast on the terrace.While I was staying Charm Hotel,staff was very polite and they were very interested with me.All in all,I strongly recommend Charm Hotel. One of the staff, Mehmet is very nice to us. He suggested where to eat and interesting places to visit while we were istanbul. He is very helpful when we asked where we can find rice or briyani as we are used to eat rice with gravy unlike turkish people all day long kebab. And the location is superb as it is just a few steps to arasta bazaar on which it is exactly behind the blue mosque. Charm Hotel is very good HOTEL..charming, hospitality and the staff are attentive. There you need know, Charm Hotel has a very nice restaurant, good food and cold beer efes or a nice wine. But, the most important is the hospitality and care with you!! The hotel location is excellent, it is very close to the most popular sites in istanbul (Bleu mosque, St Sophia, Topkapi...). The room is confortable and clean. The hotel terrasse has a magnificant view on the bleu mosque where you can enjoy your breakfast. The hotel personnel and espetially Muhammed are very obliging and helpful. The hotel is lovely and warm, as the people who works there.. Mohammad and Mehmet at the reception..are amazing! Staff is excellent and everytime try to help you. The hotel is small, but situated in one of the centres of Istanbul - Sultanahmad. Very nice historical places aroud and nice view to Sultanahmad Mosque. Room is clean. There is bazaar and a lot of small and big restaurants and cafes around. From my first step onto the hotel everything was superb. The staff was extremely friendly , they do their best to make you feel like home. The location of hotel is amazing! The location in Sultanahmet was excellent. We had a room with a great view of the Blus Mosque. The view from the rooftop bar is fabulous - Blue Mosque on one side and the sea on the other. Hotel exchange poor in comparison to what you can get at airport and grand bazaar. Everything Was Absolutely splendid.... The wifi signal in the room is very poor. Need to go at the restaurant below to get full reception of the wifi. One more thing that annoyed me was that there is no kettle in the room! If we want to have coffee or tea, need to bring our own bottle or thermos to the reception and they will fill in the bottle with the boiled water. No elevator!!!! I was afraid for my heavy heavy suitcase... but there were no problem at all. Also i think it is part of the charm that goes with the atmosphere of the old Sultanahmet ;). Room was too small for us, but we hadn't spent a lot of time in the hotel, because of walking around. The room I stayed in is very small with no view. It was the room 303. Not sure about the other rooms though. Our room was tiny, so there was not much room for luggage. Also, the location near the Blus Mosque means the call to prayer is VERY LOUD at the hotel. We would definitely recommend ear plugs!. Nothing not to like. A furniture was smeared with chocolate. We have cleaned this furniture. The mechanism for the plug in the bathtub was broken. We had to pull the plug by hand. There wasn't anything in the fridge, but after I asked, they gave me instantly bottles of water. Nothing. Nothing. The lack of teac and/or coffee making facilities in the rooms. nothing really. nothing. There is no elevator in the building and rather steep staircase, sometimes there was strange smell in the bathroom, breakfast could be be improved. -Narrow stairways (no elevator) -poor breakfast (instant coffee). No concerns. The included breakfast was very very poor . No choice at all and juices very bad. Lack of fruits for breakfast And the décoration of the restaurant is quite poor.
