  We loved our stay at Baan Mandala Villa 7. Only a short walk to Bang Tao beach along a small road with more or less no traffic. The area is very quiet but close to everything you need. Great restaurants on the beach are within a 5 min walk. We would recommend to hire a car. The villa has everything you need, spacious with high ceilings and a very large swimm - Really close to the beach - the "Great room" was spectacular! The beds were the softest I have slept on in a long while. iPod docking station came in handy as there was no other form of music, other than the television. There were even movies available for free for the dvd. I loved the privacy. Calling out for dinner is simple and food is fantastic.

  The photos are accurate to the actual rooms which is not common when booking Thai hotels, so that was a huge plus!   What can I say... this place is simply amazing. Jens and his wife Bow really did a great job with their guesthouse. The apartments are spacious, always clean and a real eyecatcher. Moreover the outside pool is just a few steps away and you can almost consider it as a private pool because it has never been busy with other guests. Take a dip in the ... 别人怎么说 » pool at midnight?! No problem! Beside from the cool apartments one of the best thing about this place is its staff. Bow is a really friendly and care - I loved this Guesthouse. The rooms were beautiful (I stayed in a standard room one night and in the bungalow other few nights), with huge bathtubs, comfortable beds and a nice swimming pool just outside of the rooms. The Guesthouse's owners just couldn't be nicer; they gave me a lift from/to the airport and helped me in reaching the beach as well, and in general - they were very nice and helpful during my stay. The Guesthouse has a family-like atmosphere, which made my stay there very cozy. W
