  We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel employees are very polite, kind and helpful. When we had a technical problem with the air condition, in about 2-3 hours, during we were out, the problem was fixed. It is a very comfortable hotel considering the location across the beach, shops near by, a very nice library at the ground floor and a gym. - We l... 别人怎么说 » ike the location as it was beachfront. It was very close to Tiffany's show too, 15 min walking distance. Hotel also provided us daily free mineral water, fruit juice, singha beer, coke and milk. Remember to consume it everyday.   The LK Empress was quiet, clean and the staff were professional and courteous. They even let me check in early, (at 8.45am), instead of the normal time of 12:00pm, seeing my flight arrived in BKK at 05.30am.   Very nice and quiet hotel with a very good localisation. 5 minutes walk to the beach.
