  very nice location in the beach , there is miny see games , near subway, mcdonalds , pizza hot , 7 elevin market and street walker 500 meters - Beautiful room with Ocean View.Would like to go back again.The rooms with Ocean view are best value for money.

  Amazing view to the pool& garden from the room. Pool is very good, garden is beautiful, in the middle of Pattaya, with exit to the beach.   Room is big with nice bathroom, the A/C is perfect allways cold. They have microwave in the room. Nice balcony to smoke. The location is good near to good laundry,Big C supermarket and some restaurants. - +Second stay thus most things is O.K + Good managment team and nice staff
