Especially Mr. Chaiwat who gave us rooms with a great city and ocean view was always full of respected.   This was the 3rd hotel of 9 we stayed in during a round trip of Thailand, and we found it to be all we had expected. It is right on the beach front, and there are plenty bars, restaurants & nightlife all around. You can access anywhere in Pattaya for 20 Bhat in the plentifull Bhat buses, so getting around is not a problem. Several tour agents are available just just near the hotel. Good view from my windows of the sea. Breakfast is very good with many choices to choose from. Will stay there again next visit.

  Great staff, polite and helpfull. New and clean AC rooms! Price was almost same as some hostels and old shabby hotels around, so no need looking for cheap hotels with old facilities. Location is just 5min. from shopping mall (where you can eat different kind of food) and bar street (where you can party all night). If I arrive to Pattaya again, I would undou - The room and bathroom was very clean. Loved the shower. Unlike many showers in Thailand the shower pressure was very strong which is great after a hot sticky day. It's a perfect base if you want a comfy nice place to sleep but won't be spending a lot of time in the room. Price is good too. Location is good as well. You also need a room card to use the lifts going to the rooms so it felt safe and secure.
