  The hotel, was very nice, the staff were friendly and were very helpful. Upon arrival, i was welcomed very politely, which made a good start to my holiday.   We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel employees are very polite, kind and helpful. When we had a technical problem with the air condition, in about 2-3 hours, during we were out, the problem was fixed.   This was my 1st time staying at the LK Metropole but it won't be my last . When I got there the hotel was overbooked but they had held me a suite and I got a free upgrade .
