All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic.   Our few days of stay in patong lodge was great..I like the place as it was situated near the beach,the massage parlors and restaurants and convenient for shopping as well. - very clean, rooms cleaned every day with bed clothes changed and fresh towels every day.   We stayed here for just a night so we can't really comment much on the facilities - we were enroute to Phi Phi Island, but we absolutely loved the stay. Patong Beach is a 5 min walk. Bangla Street is right outside and the nightlife is almost at your doorstep but don't worry, Novotel is very quiet; you'll sleep like a baby. The location was great provided you want to be on Patong Beach with all the people and activity that brings, that said it's positioned toward the end of the beach road so not as frantic as further down. We were happy with the location as it was just across from Belle Spa, some restaurants nearby and especially Family Mart just around the corner. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach from the hotel.

  I loved evrything about the hotel! The breakfasts were great, the pool and staff were great. The rooms were nice and had good air conditioning. The location was great aswell as it was away from the hustle and bustle but they offered a free shuttle into town and home which was very helpful.   The receptionist on check in could not have been more delightful or helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The rooms are huge with balconies and extremely clean. Although the pool isn't very big it was nice to be able to have somewhere to sit and relax.
