They were extremely kind and very helpful. Their English fluency is enough to hold a conversation with them. We were happy with the location as it was just across from Belle Spa, some restaurants nearby and especially Family Mart just around the corner. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach from the hotel.

  We loved the swimming pools and pool bar. Also there is a lot of palms and other greenery around and it is very tropical looking.   The receptionist on check in could not have been more delightful or helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The rooms are huge with balconies and extremely clean. Although the pool isn't very big it was nice to be able to have somewhere to sit and relax.
