Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. Good hotel with a great new equipment at the gym. Very nice staff, everyone smiling and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily with care. Nice pool and excellent breakfast area with a lot of variety to eat. We thought this hotel was excellent value for the amount we paid and the staff were excellent when we required any assistance. We are plus sixties and found the hotel was used for a lot of young tours but we did not find this a problem as all the young people were well behaved and interesting which was very refreshing . Would recommend. Also we found the food and drinks were reasonably priced.

I loved evrything about the hotel! The breakfasts were great, the pool and staff were great. The rooms were nice and had good air conditioning. The location was great aswell as it was away from the hustle and bustle but they offered a free shuttle into town and home which was very helpful. Would highly reccomend this hotel for anyone from couples
