  The location was great for us, away from the very busy resort but only a 15 minute walk to the beach. Bit scruffy but much more real Thai than Patong beach. Was great to have the swimming pool and sunbeds. The staff were nice and very helpful - Everything - loved this place. Would return without a doubt.   Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....

  The hotel is modern with spacious rooms and most important very clean. We where welcomed upon check in and they carried our luggages to our room. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the big shopping mall where you can find good restaurants to eat. Also very close to Bangla road which is only around 2 minutes by walk from the shopping mall.
