  Great little guesthouse. Cheap and is owned by a wonderful family, who was very helpful with everything. The room was clean, air-con worked perfectly and the bathroom was very nice. The room was cleaned everyday, and we got 2 bottles of water in the fridge everyday. Would def recommend this guesthouse to anyone who is on a budget but still want to... 别人怎么说 » live nice. The guesthouse was located 15 min from Patong beach, but we just used the expensive resorts swimming pool 10 min down the rd. 20 min walk - No noise coming in the rooms, as rooms have no windows :) it could be a negative fact for someone, but for us it's been a pleasure to relax in peace in Patong's crazy nightlife. You can have a good sleep, rooms are nice, location is a bit far from the beach, though only 15 minutes to walk. Great solution to stay if you plan only come there to sleep, and not to hang out all day in the room :)

  I arrived Phuket at 10am and went straight to the hotel. I know it is still early for check-in and the rooms ( I travelled with my husband and 2 of my friends and booked 2 rooms) will be ready after 2pm but we need their favour at least we could leave our luggage at the hotel before we went for lunch. Suprisingly, the hotel staff get the 1st room ... 别人怎么说 » ready for us and told me that the 2nd room will be ready at 2pm. -The room was very clean and spacious with new lcd screen tv and a safebox. -Firm bed - We loved this place. It is the best choice in Patong. Rooms are cozy, nice, clean, big and quite modern. The location is great as it is 10 minutes walk to the main tourist places and still away from all that noise. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Internet is so far the best we had in Thailand.
