The best thing was the staff, they were amazing. Very helpful and always a big smile. Simply the best. Location was good, not on the beach but close to all the beaches and Walking Street with all the restaurants. Deluxe bungalows was spacious. Confortable beds. Good location, it's in the middle of every beach so it's easy to reach whatever point of the island you want to go. It's just 2 min from the town. The personnel is very kind and friendly. The room is ok, private bathroon, hot shower, air conditionning.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Food was nice too. The room is clean and comfortable. And it is worth for money. The staff is very friendly and polite. The location is strategic which is located just next to the walking street and easy access to the sunrise beach... Staff was very helpfull and friendly. Perfect service! Although many can't speek english. Centrally located on the island. Breakfast simple but good!. Staff are friendly and helpful. A strategic location , near to walking street and a few minutes to Sunrise Beach . Room are simple and comfortable. The staff attitude was excellent. They were really friendly and professional. Great location, near to walking street, free transfer to jetty, acceptable breakfast, nothing great. Very good stuff. There was no wardrobe in the room nor a table on the patio. Maybe the breakfast is not the best, it's not that bad but it could improve, lot of other hotels have much better breakfast. Besides the lady boss, the rest of the staff doesn't speak English and can't even understand basic English, which is quite frustrating. Because the staff doesn't communicate in English, there were some miscommunication along the way. Breakfast can be better by providing more choices . The walls between rooms are quite thin and on can hear what the neighbours do. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Sound insulation was nonexistent between the rooms (each bungalow has two rooms). Hard to find Halal fod. We hav 3 persons in a double room, the staff never discuss w us but bring us a written receipt to collect the extra charge for one person, feel uncomfortable as it shows that they just want the money, impolite. The situation, when we arrived they were on reconstruction so we can not be objetives with them.
