You felt like you are staying in a friend house more than hotel. I only manage to tried their homemade Tiramisu cake which I like it so much. My partner is a Muslim & they are not serving halal food so I don't have the chance to try their Italian foods which believe me, dinner hour - this place is pack. Is near to the beach - 10 to 15 minutes walk. Lovely owner - still remember his Thai wife said this to me... no worry, I will keep my eye on your son - we are like family here. My son fall a. 所有 评语 »
Location does not matter as the island is so small. However the Pattaya beach is closer than the other two beaches (and Pattaya is the best :) ).
The room looks nice and the bathroom is well equipped. The bed is quite hard but we slept very well on it. Air-con work very well.
The room and bathroom was very nice and clean. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor, which gets extremely busy in the evening. David, the owner, was very helpful and let me keep the room until the evening as they had no other booking for the room at the time.
Everything was great. The owner was really nice, delicious food, they cleaned everyday and it has a good location by walking street and just a few hundred meters to two of the beaches. I would def stay there again.
The location is great, not far away from pataya beach and it is actually in the heart of the walking street where you find lots of restaurants.

Believe the review now.. yeah the bed is a bit hard but I like it. The room is a little bit hot during day times due to hot weather, but everything great - I like everything about it.
It was just one tiny thing. Their beds was rock hard. Slept alright but I could wish for a softer bed.

Payment was cash only. Also, no verandah or other facilities. Not such good value as other places we stayed on Ko Lipe. No breakfast included.
A hotel that doesn't any 3-pin to 2-pin adaptor? I brought a wrong one and that cost me 100 baht to find one at a local store.
Sound proofing doesn't exist. Live music nearby plays till 1am, and a construction next door starts at 7.30, stay out you light sleepers.
Housekeeping came only once out of the 3 days I stayed. Not sure why.
The towel provided was shedding black lints that stick everywhere.
For the price I paid, I would have expected a little better in everything.
