  The building is one of the older ones in Kata, but it is kept meticulously clean and although it is on the quieter side of town, there are some excellent restaurants, and bars nearby plus a 7-11 and other shops. I will definitely return here one day. - Very cozy motel as well as the surrounding shops. place was central and close to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very good and clean and we enjoyed our stay and would like to return.
