  I arrived without reservation and into the early morning hours at the last minute. Although there is always policy, I was accomodated after a short wait when the morning staff arrived. They were very friendly and helpful with understanding of my exhaustion from traveling. They have all the ammentities one would want to utilize while their stay.

The first night we had a lot of noise around our room in a ground floor Bhuri wing room (near to the breakfast restaurant), so the next morning I spoke to reception and they immediately moved us to a top floor room elsewhere in the Bhuri wing and after that we slept very well. The room decoration is awesome, clean, modern, air c - was quite and clean, beds were softer than most we have stayed in before such as sugar palm resort. Close to the safer part of kata beach for swimming/surfing. New restaurants have opened up around the hotel with great food, a bit higher priced but you get what you pay for, this end of kata is really starting to take of. Friendly staff with a few who understand english very well, would stay here again.
