The staffs are super friendly and helpful. My husband lost his Eftpos
card so we need to log in to internet banking to transfer all money to
mine card. The online transfer needs a special java programm which
won't be available on ipads so we went downstairs to use the
receptionist's personal laptop - and that was 2am in the morning -

was quite and clean, beds were softer than most we have stayed in before such as sugar palm resort.
Close to the safer part of kata beach for swimming/surfing.
New restaurants have opened up around the hotel with great food, a bit higher priced but you get what you pay for, this end of kata is really starting to take of.
Friendly staff with a few who understand english very well, would stay here again.

The staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. They
helped with luggage, directions, trip plans and accommodation
arrangements. We were very impressed. The rooms and all facilities were
