  The hotel had some excellent deals going which included breakfast. It is a private boutique style hotel with a full sized bedroom seperate to a living area and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the ocean and the rooftop pool was inviting with 99 baht cocktails on sunset. We were also given a 10% discount off massages next door. It was a great little getaway close to good shopping and resaurants but far enough away from the hustle and b - Everything was wonderful, the staff, the breakfasts, the pool and the cute cocoon sun shelters. There was a bit of a view from the rooms but a lovely view to the beach from the pool level (3rd floor) free wifi. And the staff always helped me get started. Very helpful and caring when my daughter had gastro the day we were checking out. Let us stay longer and relaxed in foyer waiting for the taxi. Thanks Starfish and Baby. Lovely new clean hotel.

  Kata tranquil villa lies in a very quite street, the staff is very friendly. If you want to get arranged something just ask and they will take care off it. The beach is a 10 minute walk through the town center and I thought Karo - Baan Suay is a lovely little guesthouse with a gorgeous restaurant and very friendly staff. We had a lovely spacious room which was bright, had a balcony and long windows with a pool view. The bathroom was a good size with really powerful shower. The pool was really nice even though it was small. The staff were very friendly. The food in the restaurant was nice.

  I was upgraded to a suite, which was large, private and comfortable. There were plates and cutlery, cups and saucers, a microwave and a fridge, so I could be more independent in regards to food. Great view of both the town/sea and the mountains behind. Kata and Karon beaches were both within walking distance, so there was a choice. I was being offered free upgrade to a larger room considering my 4 yr old kid. Hotel don't take commission on Taxi Booking, Tours booking n all so be assured that you always get better rates for all such things. Hotel owner drove us around to nearby places so as to give us a head start to understand nearby area(beaches, shops, restaurants), He helped us hire a motorbike for full stay by just submitting photocopy of passport(i think otherwise we will have to submit original pass
