  The annex rooms are brand new and spotless though a little spartan. The balcony provides a view over the rooftops to the distant hills (4th floor). Next to the night market with its good selection of restaurants. A ten minute stroll to the beach. He was friendly and helpful. He couldn't do enough for us. Our room was spacious. The bed was very wide and comfortable. Air conditioning was good. Great view from our balcony on the seventh floor.   Really good value with very friendly efficient English speaking staff, a clean room, great pool and best of all was the fantastic included breakfast.
