  Haad Yao beach was by far the best beach I visited on Koh Phangan, and the High Life Bungalows had an amazing view of it perched on top of the rocks at the south of the beach.   Staff are friendly and super helpful! My friend and I stayed here for just one night before the Full Moon Party and the hotel offer a taxi service (350Baht return pp) to get there. Took about 20 mins and they always have someone waiting for anyone wanting to return (I though this was a great idea so you dont have to wait around if your wanting to ... 别人怎么说 » leave) The hotel is located right next to the beach so ideal for relaxing. plenty of restaurants and bars on the beach - The surrounding area was fabulous, perfect for couples as you literally did not have to move from the resort with a supermarket,beach,restaurants and bars. Staff were brilliantly helpful and they picked us up from the pier for 120bht per person. Would definitely stay again, it was clean and romantic, but if your wanting to venture off around the island definitely rent a motorbike !

  After a few days I had a brand new group of very good friends. Beautiful Resort, a very friendly, fun staff and great food without being very expensive.
