The fact that this resort was a few hundred meters from the most commercial/crowded areas made it a calm place to relax. Although there was a mistake taking our booking, the manager acted quickly to resolve our issue.   Nice and clean accomodation. Good location at the calm south end of Chaweng beach. No pool, but hotel has a private beach area, which was cleaned every day. The restaurant has a very good menu, although cheaper options can be found in the local area. Only a few minutes from airport.   I stayed with my 14 year old son at this resort for 4 nights, in the middle of July. And we had an amazing stay! The staff were outstanding, even though the resort was fully booked. Rooms are nice (we booked the cheapest room and were happy, because nobody was walking along our room, and there were no noise as at the rooms near the swimming pool and beachfront rooms). We rented a scooter and were flexible in going to different beaches, though Choeng Mon is the nicest one and only 5min driving away.   Everything was just perfect at this hotel. Such a shame that a just got to stay there one night! The service was very good (the best I have had during three weeks and many hotels) and there was no problem to cancel one night when I had to go earlier with my flight to Bangkok.
