Low ceilings, not cleaned one day and when towels changed etc about 5 ish each day was too late ,
Great place, for sure worth recommending! Clean and nice rooms, cosy swimming pool on the roof, well equipped gym and good location (close to many shops, bars, public transport). The staff was very friendly and helpful. I´d stay there again:)

Staffs were very helpful and nice, even better than staff works in five star hotel. Two minutes to bts station. 10-15 minutes to Silom soi 2. Room is decent and clean. Just do not open the door or window, too many mosquito. Security tag door to go in and out. I would stay again.
We liked the apartment and the helpful staff. The pool was lovely, we enjoyed it. We felt safe, our teenagers headed straight to the 7/11 on the next corner for breakfast. The lady at reception helped me to go across the street to the street stalls and try some food from there. The staff also gave advice for where to go for shopping and booked a tuk tuk for us. They were surprised we wanted a tuk tuk but it was fun. The staff also got us a price for the tuk tuk. We couldn't get a tuk tuk back from shopping for the same price. Also our flight was delayed 6 hours and we were worried that we couldn't get in at 3.30am. It ended up being no problem with the night porter being up anyway.
Beds were a bit hard, but this seems to be typical for Thailand.
Staff were very friendly & extremely helpful. Room was spacey and beds very comfy. Noise from construction across the road well blocked by windows. Kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay again.
Missed having a toaster & would have appreciated some tea towels.
Everything just superb. I would go back to this apartment again whenever I have my vacation in Bangkok. Every stuffs work in this apartment including the security guard, receptionists and also the manager are all very helpful and friendly. They provided us BTS map and clear our doubts as we are first time stepped into this place - Bangkok. The lady at reception, she even helped us to order food at the food stall right in front of the apartment. As we don't know how to speak in Thai and she left only when food and drinks are all served. The stuff helped us to call for taxi whenever we need transport for visit. We stayed in three bedrooms suite. The room just spacious enough for total six of us. Although there was extra charges for the sixth person. The room is clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable. There is washing machine in our room, really convenient especially the day we were in Bangkok was rainy day. Kitchen and toilet are well equipped too. Wifi service is provided in the room with good and smooth connection. There is 7-11 next to the apartment and Chong NonSi BTS station just few walks away from apartment. Health land massage center located at the other end of the street. Number of food stalls right in front of the apartment in the morning. Basically, it was an awesome stay in sabai sathorn.
Nothing which make us dislike the apartment. Yet, we would love to have daily house keeping to clear the rubbish and have new towels,
I stayed in Sabai Sathorn for 6 nights with my spouse and 2 kids. Their services is superb especially on special request like weighing machine and send more then 50kg stuff to my room. They even goes all the way out to help me ascertain the shirt I order from the tailor arrive. Really want to give a special thanks to Gab The hotel is not facing mainroad but getting to BTS is just short walking distance from the hotel. Room is practical with all the stuff you need is there. Our room has washing machine, hence we don't require to take many clothes for our trip. I would recommend this hotel for those who want to be near to BTS but not in front of busy main road. I would certainly stay the hotel again if I goes to Bangkok back.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and 5 people in total.We are satisfied with our stay in Sabai Sathorn Service Apartment. 1 The staff are nice and helpful. 2 Perfect choice for a big family to stay. 3 Very clean and cozy. 4 The swimming pool on the roof and the gym room could offer us an extra choice when we feel bored/tired on siteseeing. 5 Many delicious and cheap street food around the hotel. 6 The Bts station is just 5-minute walk.
1. It will be appreciated if the hotel could offer us more tourist information. 2.There is a construction work behind the hotel, but it is understandable that it is not the fault of the hotel. 3. We didn't find the washing machine mentioned on the booking website.
Good location, very nice waterpool on the roof, friendly staff, room-kitchen with microwave and teapot.
No one knows where the hotel is, include taxi-driver. Use your GPS. No realy safes in rooms, just furniture box with simle lock. Ask staff on reception to keep your documents and money.

excellent staff. we arrived early like 10am and they still went out of their way to prepare a room for us within 30mins. good thai food in the cafe downstairs. 7-11 nearby, BTS - 3 min walk. spacious, clean, good wifi in the rooms. all new and working facilities.
some noise from the construction site next door but once u close the windows, could hardly hear anything. not much else I can find fault with.

The room decoration is quite different from the pictures. No TV in the living room.
Staff were very friendly, location of apparment is great very safe feel to the area, 3minute walk to the sky train, but as taxi's are cheap in thailand the security guard will happily whisle a cab and he is soon to tell the expensive ones to get lost showing that they really cared about their guests. 7/11 shop is two minute from apparments two so if you want milk for ur tea or sugar and the odd treat u can get it very conveniently.
would have preferd a balcony as to a window box but this is the only issue i can think of.
the staff is very nice, very helpful location is good, near to chong nom si BTS. I will come again this place, but hopefully get better Wi-Fi

The Wi-fi in every area was excellent. Overall was very good, home feel, and very convenient for more than 2 people. Location is great, quiet street, though there is a new building next door, so lots of noise around. We don't ear any noise in the house though.
We stayed for 4 nights, they only changed the towels, and took out the trash once, no cleaning the floor. Staff was very nice, but unfortunately spoke very poor english, so it was complicated to make any requests or questions.

I am traveling with my family (5 of us) and booked for 3 bed room apartment for 5 days .At first,I wasn't so sure how good and what is looks like (as most of the pictures and the brochures are taken by professional photographer). With out any delayed the front office do quick respond and told us where to go for our room.I Am really surprised to find out how good and very clean our room.Everything's complete. Bath room are full equipped of toiletries .Clean and perfect were we found it.The bed room itself are well maintained and so convenient What a very good location too.Very close to the train station.Walking distance to the restaurant around. Generally very good condition over all.Meet our satisfaction and expectation. If they would like to provide more tv channel instead of a few only (current program are very limited and quality of the signal reception also not really interested) will be advantage and more good. Despite of this, I would not hesitate come back again if they would maintain they standard.

Me and four others of my friends stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment. we find it very cozy and comfortable. we did use the pool and it seems clean. The staff are very friendly and its a walking distance from Chong Nonsi BTS. This make it easy for us to shop around.
So far so good we are satisfied with everything.
This hotel was perfect for our family of five. We had spacious accommodations, the facilities were excellent and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was well situated.
Nothing. Finding food was a bit challenging the first days there, but once we found our way around we were fine.
Located in an inner street, this service apartment is beautifully decorated and gives people a very warm feeling. It is near to Chong Nonsi bts stations too. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are many stalls selling different kinds of delicious Thai food outside the hotel, which are definitely worth a try if you don't mind that they might not be sanitary enough. The room and the roof-top pool is also great.
It seems there aren't many restaurants and shopping places near the hotel.
Stayed in a 1-Bedroom apartment which was spacious and comfortable. Roof top swimming pool is great. Proximity to bts station. Good WiFi connection. Staff are helpful and friendly.
The cons are the stray dogs wandering in the neighbourhood and the building works of what is said to become BKK´s tallest building, which is more of a nuisance when at the pool side than when inside as apartement are double-glassed with good insulation. The kitchenette could do with more crokery, cuttlery and a toaster.

Unfortunately there was a large building site right next to the apartment. Work started at 7.30am and went on until very late in the evening.

The light is so weak. There should be cosier lights to create warm atmosphere. The curtains look dirty and need to be washed. Slippers should be provided.
