Initially, the room we got was ok. We stayed for a couple days and then took off for the beach. We returned and were upgraded to the Deluxe Room, which was a major improvement -- a lot bigger and the bathroom was much nicer. Staff was great. Location was great as well -- noodle soup stalls right outside, massage spas within walking distance, and a couple malls were close as well. The location beside Asok Sky Train and close to Sukhumvit Underground. I had to cancel first days booking too late for a refund ( fair enough) but they offered me a free late checkout which was very useful. No troublesome username and password for free WiFi. 7/11 just next door.
所有评语 » *Great location (1-2mins walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall, 1-2mins walk also to Asok BTS station, and next door is 7-Eleven) *Good massage parlor nearby. (find the one in apple green wall) *Clean bedsheets, no bed bugs - although the hotel is somehow old, but we can handle that. We'll kept rooms. Pleasant staff Convient to sky train and underground. Lots of good restaurants nearby.Even a MacDonslds :-)Which does breakfast for THB132 7/11is next door. Robinson's for cheap food and good croisants . Great staffs, amazing location, advantage of budget, convenient access to business area, 7-eleven very next door. Great location for shopping, eating and sky train. Modern, clean and comfortable. Doorman very friendly, helpful and polite. Generally, the facilities are great. location with Terminal 21 and Robinson as neighbours. The front office employee named Thitikran was very helpful in suggesting new places for me (because this is not my first time). She even called some shops to find out about the information pertaining to custom-made shoes & shirts. Very polite, bubbly, and speaks good English. . The location right beside the Terminal 21 mall and attached to ASOK station is perfect. For people who wnat entertainment, the is Soi Cowboy just behind the mall. The rooms are nicely equiped and clean. The wifi worked well in my room. Location near to BTS & others standard tourist requirements. Only the location is the plus point of this Hotel. Comparatively the City Lodge - Soi 9 is better than this. Location is great. The location. No lounge or bar. Breakfast at attached but independent restaurant is VERY expensive however MacDonald's and Robinson's are just across the road :-) WiFi works OK for mail /but a bit slow. *A bit noisy because of wooden sliding door (supposed to help with the better sound proof) but the it wasn't able to close tightly, hence the noise still invaded our room. * Carpet stink - with cigarrette smell (although the room stated it is non smoking room) * WiFi not functioning well. Required frequent restart of modem to fix it. The WiFi was the worst I have ever experienced. On the very rare occasions when it worked it registered speeds slower than those of the first telephone dial up modems. Small cafes and cheap guesthouses have better free WiFi. Breakfast in the attached restaurant is TBH 780 or 25 dollars. The elevator was poorly maintained as it was slow in opening and closing the door.The wi-fi had some difficulties in connecting in the beginning. A few times getting new passwords also do not work. Very inconvinienced to get connected in the beginning. But, once I managed to get connected, the wifi was OK. can't think of anything. No wifi in some room since day one despite reminding service staffs repeatedly, only at lobby, even that it's not consistently. In modern travelling free & working Wifi is a must. Will not recommmend this hotel to my frens. Everything in this hotel is old, you can tell it has not been remodeled for a while. Tv is old with limited channels, front desk is not as friendly as door man. The quality of pillows. The location of breakfast restaurant and friendliness with hotel guests, even the food quality was not great.
