Location - right beside the train station View - You can see the entire city from the hotel lobby Breakfast - Delicious. Not much change day to day, but delicious nonetheless. Service - We spoke English but experienced no problem getting around. The front desk was helpful, regardless of the time of day or night. They were there at 3am and available at 7pm, providing direction, input, and spoke clearly and professionally. We were a couple, staying in a windowless room, but experienced no problem.
所有评语 » The hotel is new. Rooms are well furnished, large and very clean. Breakfast is rich, with many coiches, both western and thai, and breakfast room has a nice view from the 12th floor. Wifi is good. Position is perfect, near central station and chinatown, with restaurants and supermarket close to the hotel. English speaking staff is very kind and will help you with anything. Definitely, the best hotel in our 20 days stay in Thailand.. Walking distance from China town and river piers. In front of metro and train stations.. quite handy when moving in/out of Bangkok. Very nice breakfast and staff. Hotel has its own sky bar on the Chinese restaurant on the roof.. with a great view over China Town.. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was nice and spacious. Very clean and had a great view of the city of Bangkok. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There was a great selection of food to choose from inlcuding traditional thai food and some western options as well. The hotel is really awesome. All staffs are really helpful and friendly, always smile. Especially the receptionist, whose name is Pongsuang (i'm not sure of her name) is really beautiful very nice and friendly. She speaks English fluently and helped us very much. New & clean hotel, lovely room with city view. Beautiful lobby, reasonably priced restaurant, good food. 1 minute to the subway station. Very convenient for those taking the train out of Bangkok. A mini supermarket in the basement. Efficient front desk crew. Real classy, clean and elegant hotel to stay for couples location is awesome as there is Metro station in front of the hotel. No porn sold near by the hotel.....near to air port high way as well.....awesome hotel awesome environment awesome staff!!. I liked the value for money, the excellent breakfast selection, the easy access to everything due to Bangkoks great MRT which is just on the other side of the road. Also liked thr friendliness of the staff. It was very clean and luxurious. Also, right across from the metro and train station, so could go all over bangkok in just minutes. Staff was friendly as well. Good location near the highway entrance. Perfect if one needs to get to the airport quickly by taxi. Also near the train station and MRT. Nice rooms. Love the location, near Hualomphong train station & mrt, and a walking distance to Chinatown. The view from the top floor is amaaazing.... Proximity to Hualumpong Train Station... The hotel clean and the room is big. neat and clean. Hotel was located right across from the train station, which made going everywhere very easy. Staff was friendly, room was clean, and a nice view of Bangkok. There was some construction directly in front of the hotel entrance, so our taxi had a hard time finding it at first. Nothing. Everything perfect. Cheapest rate meant a room without any window which was quite a bad surprise for such a modern hotel. A few bahts more and we were able to change it for a room with a view.. H. It was a bit hard to cross the streets to get to the hotel. Not the worst thing in the world. Otherwise the location is alittle out of the main downtown area but it is convienient to be located right across from Hua Lomphong train station. There is a construction site in front of the hotel. That makes the view from hotel looks so messy. The breakfast buffet is ok but not various, we stayed 5 days and the same foods day by day. The intetnet was a little unreliable at times. They didnt have any pamphlets or information on the city. It would have been nice to be guarded a little more. No free breakfast.... ;(. I'm not sure what Bangkok attractions are in that area. Might not be a good base for an extended Bangkok stay. The internet connection was very poor inmy room. wifi signal is bad a strange smell in the lobby. Nothing. When you want to take a shower on the check-out day (after 12h00pm), you can , but you must pay. internet is not good enough. The chef obviously had great talent not the best quality ingredients. No ventilation in rooms without windows, bad synthetic smell in the room. nothing. Staff could be a little friendlier. It was located in an area were construction going on and the hardly find a vehicle to drop you to shopping malls. some rooms have no windows. Nothing. no windows. It's strange to sleep in room without window. Don't have a bell boy, many people don't know your location, so is hard for us to come back to hotel after shopping. The staff don't know about where to go in Bangkok. room without window??. Beds were very stiff and rooms did not have great amenities. They deceived us and tried to blame booking about the illegitime charge they applied.
