  Location, great helpful and friendly staff. Put us up even though reservation through letsbookhotel.com had failed to pick up on the fact that they didn't have any free rooms for the duration!   Little hotel, simply bungalowes. Great place to live when you want explore Krabi and surroundings and not only spend time at hotel area. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is long away from the beach, but they have free tuk-tuk. We used it much and children loved it! We had feeling like be their guests at their home.   Super friendly staff at reception, restaurant, bar etc. very helpfull ! I stayed in this hotel also about 25 years ago - at that time it stood alone at ao nang beach and it was Paradise. - Very happy with everything , nice cute comfortable rooms. Good location. Very helpful n polite staff. And I like the breakfast too :)

  We were surprised because we did not expect a hotel of such quality for the money. It looks beautiful and a lot of attention is given to details. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, the location is almost perfect - it's in Ao Nang but very close to Nopparat Thara beach which is more serene and beautiful. No noisy places nearby.   Had a weekend getaway to Krabi with my girlfriend on May 2013. We stayed at Holiday Inn for 3 nights and the service was excellent! On the first day, we reached the hotel at 9.20 am and the hotel allowed us to make an early check-in just within 10 mins time for free! However, it came to my surp - We stayed for 5nights in August. We've been on our honeymoon. The room was large and comfortable, but the bathroom wasn't very clean. They use wood on the shower, which obviously hard to keep clean. Every afternoon it was a terrible smell in the bathroom. Breakfast was nice, environment was lovely, pool and the area is excellent. The front door staff was very friendly, really what you'd expect!

  This hotel is absolutely beautiful. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from. The pools are quiet and beautiful and most importantly you are right along the beach. The beach is just a 2-3 minutes walk away along the only road in Ao Nang, which is absolutely no problem. Along the road there are plenty of shops and restaurants to buy some drinks and food or shop for clothes. Highly recommendable!

  It was a pleasant stay with Mercure Krabi Deevana. It surprise me with a birthday cake in the hotel room after our dinner. We never thought the hotel would be that thoughtful. As for the facilities, we are happy about it even though it is a little bit far from the town(by walking about 10-15min) and from airport is around 30min to reach. Not far from the beach, about 20 minutes on foot or 3 mins by tuk-tuk (20 Baht per person one way). Nice swimming pool. Price/quality ratio is very cool, we paid about $65 per night, and the hotel looks like solid 4 stars (~$90-100). The restaurant is ok, but 70% of our dinners we had outside.
