  The hotel is within 5 minutes of the airport terminal. There is no aircraft noise nuisance as the hotel is set behind the restaurant. A very pleasant restaurant and very reasonably priced. If you are an aviation enthusiast like me you can see the aircraft taxiing and taking off across the road whilst enjoying your meal. Aviation Heaven. As it was 5 - walkable to/from airport - 500m from terminal, 250m from airport exit. You might even get a puppy escort. Transfer is available but not necessary. (we arrived 9:30pm). The bed was huge and a little too comfy. We had an early flight to Koh Samui the next day, so a included simple breakfast was fine. For cheap airport accommodation you will be impressed. If needed, internet is more than sufficient.

  We stayed at the hotel for one night before moving on to a resort further north at Khao Lak. The hotel is ideally situated a short distance from the airport at Phuket. The resort is comfortable, with lovely bungalows and a great pool, and is ideal for the first one/two nights on Phuket before going on to explore other parts of the island, given it's proximity (5-10 minutes) from the airport. Nai Yang beach is 10-15 minutes walk, but will cost 100 baht (£2.50) as it is part of a national park. The food which Aim and her mother cook and deliver to your bungalow is excell
