The most that I liked from this hotel it was the front desk service. The lady (I forgot her name) was very gentle and friendly. We arrived a little bit tired from Bangkok with no idea of what to do those days at Chang Mai. She sat with us and explained all the offers about tours and potential places to visit, what was it good or not for us, etc. Also she booked for us the tours that we made. She teached us to order the breakfast the night before and it was ready next day at the hour you asked

Very well located in a calm avenue near the important gates. The guy at the counter showed us our room in an english we could easily understand. Clean, quiet and had 6 free water bottles in the fridge. An employee made calls in order to help us with a situation since we don't speak Thai. Really appreciated it. -
