We were delighted with the location, the rate and the standard of thehotel. The room was large and airy and had modern and clean fittings -it was very comfortable for 2 adults and 3 children. Loved the largesoft fluffy pillows. The bathroom was beautifully clean and functional.The breakfast included in the rate was excellent.

Room a little bit small. No tea/coffee making facilities and have to pay 3 chf for tea/coffee in lobby.
The hotel is centrally located near the "Altstadt" and the train stationwithin a comfortable walking distance with suitcases. It is also off tothe side a bit which helps a little with road noise. The staff was veryhelpful, the hotel clean, and breakfast was ample.
There was nothing we did not like about the hotel. Zurich is expensive.We stay at the Hotel Bristol because for Zurich standards, it isreasonably priced and provides everything we need.

Good location, decent breakfast, comfy bed, although I got upgraded because of lack of availability of rooms. I went for two runs from my hotel--one up the west side of the lake and one up the river, and felt very safe, day and night
Small elevator--be prepared to wait. I just took the stairs, but it might be a problem if you have lots of big bags.
An easy hotel to deal with although a relativly basic hotel every thing Was better than we expected, staff very pleasant and helpfull, breakfast very good and all facilities very clean. Will use again when in town.

Hotel was good, but I don't spend too much time at the hotel. I was in the city.
The staff were so friendly and helpful on all queries from the front reception staff who helped us with sightseeing, shopping, internet, and even flasks of hot water in our room for tea making, they went the extra mile. The Administration Manager took time to tell us about the rennovation programme and was so friendly. We also enjoyed the central location of this hotel in Europe.
