  We arrived on the Glacier Express from Zermatt and the hotel has a phone link at the station so we called for someone to collect us (6 people). A small bus came very quickly and took us to the hotel which is situated in the centre of town. A lovely and most unexpected gesture! Our room was homely, spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and - The staff there are friendly and helpful. One of the female staff did help me a lot by providing information on the touring in St. moritz. Greatly appreciated. The breakfast there was tasted good and the facilities were good. The room was spacious and comfortable.

  excellent coopertaion from the staff in particular mr stephen ost at the reception, wonderful human being and nice person who did everythg to ,ake our 1 daqy stay comfortable. - The hotel was very clean and I believe that it had recently been renovated.
