  It was excellent experience -- the staff was very friendly and helpful and they were trying hard to make our stay there enjoyable. The rooms were nice and clean, and a bit old-fashioned decoration (a style is a bit 70ies-80ies) did not mitigate the experience.   Fanstatic views, lovely room- actually more of a family suite thanfamily room. The train ride up the mountain from Montreux was fanastic.Can't fault our stay at all- will go again!!! - Helpful and efficient staff - unusual location - excellent accommodation
