Luzern is a beautiful city and we enjoyed our time there. We had a good
sized room and the staff were very helpful. Parking is underneath the
hotel. It was a better than the average Ibis. The train station is only
a 7 min walk from the hotel and it takes only 4 min to get into Luzern.
The hotel is only a short drive from the Mt Pilatus cable car.

Very clean and comfortable. This hotel is 7 mins walk (in the direction
to a car showroom, a large white tent) from Kriens Mattenhof train
station, just one stop from Lucerne central station. Mount Pilatus is
very near, you can reach by a bus to the funicular point of mt. Pilatus.

Spacious for a family of 5. Stephanie from hit rental was waiting for us and oriented us. She was very helpful. Having the Spa on site and included was a real advantage. - Staff was extremely friendly and helpful to the extent possible. The wellness center is quite nice and relaxing, although the pool is very small. The lake view rooms have quite a spectacular view of the lake and mountains.
