  I really liked this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable room and relaxed atmosphere. I was glad that it had airconditioning. - Excellent service, friendly staff willing to meet demands of a family with a small child and particualr eating preferences

  receptionist Daniella was polite and pretty. Location was fine - Friendly, efficient staff. Good food in the Spanish restaurant. Buffet breakfast quite good. Free computer terminal internet access for guests.

  We loved our room and our stay, especially the view over the foreshores and the lake. The reception staff were ever so helpful and keen to assist with any problems. They were vivacious, but at the same time very professional. The tour desk staff were also the same, pointing us in the right direction. We loved the walk along the lake to get to and... 别人怎么说 » from the station and also the access to the different parts of your beautiful Luzern. - They attended to every need during our stay. The view of the lake is perfect. The rooms are luxurious. Make sure you sit at the Bar at night and have a drink. The Bar Manager is really very nice and a pleasure to talk to at the end of the day.
