Fantastic staff ! Hotel room was good for it's price, clean, comfy and pleasant looking. Had to pay 5 Swiss Franc for 24 hours access to Wifi. I had my passport nicked while at a bathhouse. The staff at the reception were very helpful and put up well with a panicked traveler.
The babbling brook right outside is a very nice touch.
Breakfast is good. Nice bread, nice cheeses, yogurt, cereals, coffee is gratis in the morning.
Overall, it's a very nice hostel though only a hostel which are generally only as good as the guests who are present.
