  早餐非常棒！酒店的位置也很好，并且酒店免费提供城市交通票。 - The staff = friendly and helpful.Even though we had a booking for 3rooms, we changed it upon arrival to 2 rooms only due to one person whocouldn't make it.The Hotel understood the situation and didn't charge usfor that room. And we loved the idea thatthe Hotel is so close to the railway... - The pool/spa has an amazing view of Zurich, although it is slightly outof town, it is only 2 stops (5 mins) on the train and the station isdirectly across the road. The room was comfortable and the staff wereextremely helpful. From my month long trip through Europe, the swissotelin Zurich was by far the best. Will definitely stay again.
