  Front desk staff very helpfull and courteous. Excellent breakfast. Close to the rail station. Well run operation. I book at the Continental each time I visit Lausanne. - Excellent location, facing main railway station and close to all amenitiens and city centre 5 mins walking distance.   The staff is efficient and kind. The rooms are very confortable and have a nice view. It is very close to the epfl and the University. The metro station is also very close and you can arrive at the center in a few minites.
