  We arrived early and were allowed to access our rooms. The staff were friendly and more than happy to help us with any queries and meet our needs.   We really liked the facilities offered at the hotel, eg. Freetea/coffee station, gym, laundry facilities, great breakfast, easyaccess to station - Good access to the train station and old town including restaurants, bars and shopping. Good breakfast - better than the basic buffet we normally expect in a 3* hotel.

  Our intention was to visit and see Bern for a day. Hotel is exactly that. In a quiet place, close to the park of roses and near the old part of Bern. The rooms are quite small, the bathroom is very small and the shower.
