  The staff was incredibly accomodating and nice. Every effort was made to ensure your comfort and make you feel welcome. The hosts were gracious and stopped to speak with everyone at the facility. I've never met nicer hosts.

  We booked a room with lake view and balcony on the 3rd floor. The rooms are very comfortable although slightly dated but the view from the room/balcony was magnificent and this more than makes up for it. We thoroughly enjoyed being in Spiez, such a lovely place and a very good hotel. No noise from other guests and the marina quietens around 11pm (... 别人怎么说 » with windows shut we heard nothing).
