As 2 couples, we had the adjoining rooms with shared bathroom between rooms. This worked very well as each bed room had its own hand basin. Included buffet b/fast was excellent offering a good variety including scrabbled eggs, bacon and lovely fresh bread. We also enjoyed the meals in the downstairs restaurant, where the staff were very friendly. Big bonus, it has an elevator.

  This is a lovely, family run hotel, typical of ski, hiking accommodation in this area.   The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very well taken care. As the hotel was in the best location in town, we had excellent connections to trains and buses.   The staff/owners were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially helpful with childrens meals and with providing info relating to our stay in Grindelwald. The food and service very good - Hospitality was excellent, location is perfect - near the village but away from any noise. A real find.
