Appartment was spacious, nicely furnished and clean. Friendly staff, convenient restaurant/bar - personally I found prices reasonable for Switzerland and quality of food was good. If you have a car, this hotel is the best, it's at the second side of the lake but amazing and the best view ever. Far 12-15 minuts by car from center of Lugano. Wonderful and well prepared for children, especially in spring/summer season.

our kids enjoyed the swimming pool and i found the pool area to be very clean and well kept. We did not stay long enough (2 nights) to take advantage of the pingu/pinocchio facility but it was nice to have the option. The kitchen facility in the room was very useful and the beds provided for the children was just right. We found the breakfast buffet wonderful.
