We were upgraded to a gorgeous double room with incredible breathtaking 180 degree mountain views as it was our anniversary - complimentary tiramisu on arrival and scrummy Lindt heart-shaped chocolates on our pillows every night. Rooms were very comfortable, well designed and well decorated, and with balconies (in our case looking onto a beautiful view). Large TV and very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. There was an excellent sauna and pool area and best of all was the outdoor heated pool with a wonderful view of the mountains opposite!

  Fantastic location for skiing in Adelboden, can buy ski passes at the hotel and ski right from and into the hotel. Delicious breakfast spread in the morning, and dinner from the hotel restaurant was also wonderful. Very helpful and friendly staff.   Perfect location immediately at the bus stop. Friendly staff, cosy rooms, nice wellness facility, great breakfast buffet... I will defininitely go there again! - Everything.... Room was awesome, breakfast was great, pool/spa were out of this world, for being priced into the room. WiFi was fast on the 4th floor.
