the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful as we were there with our baby. the location was brilliant and the hotel was perfect for us considering the price which was really reasonable.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They spoke good English. Thelocation was excellent within walking distance to major sights. Thebreakfast was a bargain at 5 euros per person. The airport bus stop wasonly about a ten min.walk. This was my favorite hotel out of five that Istayed at. The price was reasonable.

Not the hotel as such but the hotel's web site link to directions by cardid not conect which made finding it in the Old Town difficult.
It was a tidy room with no noise from the streets around. Very well situated in the center of the city and five minutes walk from the Alcazar and the Cathedral.
The bathroom should be cleaned more carefully and the beds weren' t very comfortable.
