  We just returned from staying 3 nights at this hotel. We were impressed by how well it lived up to its reputation. The kids' favorite part was the pool and the mini-zoo, my favorite part was the good-quality beds, and my husband liked the restaurant.   By far, the staff was much nicer and available than others I've encountered in other hotels (even in 4* plus). The 5-minute walk and the free bikes for guests were perfect!
