  The location was great and easy to find at 3 in the morning. However the best thing about the hotel was its extremely welcoming, hospitable and helpful english speaking staff.   The hotel is located in the centre of town and you can park for free in the town square which is right outside the hotel, although the parking spaces fill up quickly. We had a lovely room on the second floor with a window overlooking the pool. We didn't try the pool but other did while we were there and it looked lovely.   We visited in May 2013. The other reviews seem very accurate. It was unusually cold when we were there with 10 cms of snow in the mountains. The hotel was warm with a lovely fire in the lounge.
