  Our stay at Casa de San Martin was a long, restorative rest in one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The owner Mario went out of his way to make sure our every need was filled, spoke fluent English, knew the complicated history of the area, and directed us to local sites of interest. Every little detail was so well thought of and wherever you look you couldn't avoid the Attention that was given to the design. The mountAin view and the fact that the place is extremely secluded made such a relaxing and romantic atmosphere...Dinner and breakfast, both served in an amazing dining room , were no less than excellent!   It was an absolute delight to stay at Hotel La Casuena. The hotel is in a small and very attractive village above a lake a few kilometres from the top of Portalet pass. Our hosts, Marian and Miguel, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The hotel is lovely with great artistic touches throughout and it has clearly been a "labour of love" ... 别人怎么说 » for them in designing the interiors and adding all the extra interesting touches that are throughout the hotel. But the best part of our stay was the - We had a GREAT time at la casueña and the owners did It even better... They are sooo lovely. Fantastic breakfast with all kind of detail and good taste for food and decoration. We Used the bicycles to have a ride through the montains!! WOOW! No words to describe It! And the house is in a small beautiful village! Not to be missed!! We Will come back for sure! Thank you so much for making It so special!!

  Everything about it was excellent. Stunning mountain location. The hotel is very much at the centre of village life and is one of the friendliest places one could wish to find. From the excellence of the food to the comfort of the rooms one could find no fault. Owner does it all! Very nice stay.as a side the storms rolling around mountains are something to experience!

  The hotel was unique and the hosts were very helpful providing information about sites to see during our short stay. Especially Rosa de Isabena and the Roman bridge. There are only four rooms and a small restaurant/bar, but the owners made such an effort to make us comfortable. The food was first rate and service attentive. Each of the rooms are individually decorated and immaculately presented, for the money you wont beat this small enterprise.
