  We thought the facilities were excellent, especially for children of varied ages. Also, the apartments were very large and all the American amenities were provided which is so rare in Europe. We selected this resort specifically because we knew it would be raining and cold and we would need something to do with the kids indoors.   We loved our room!!!! It was very spacious and the outdoor porch was fantastic and very peaceful. Our room was always clean. The staff was very prompt and curtious with every request we made.   The hotel is very well situated, right across from the beach, with a supermarket just around the corner. It is also very close to the historic 'old Marbella'.   The hotel has a very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble (a special thank-you to Franklin). Located just out of town on a hillside. Authentic Mediterranean experience, with the sound of cicadas (I also saw a few geckos clinging to the walls in the evening). By car it's obviously much quicker, - The hotel is lovely. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The verandah to the lovely lounge/bar compliments the ambiance. The rooms are lovely with private garden/patios. A joy to stay there, and would love to return when the other facilities have been completed.

  We got a great deal -The Staff were very friendly and very helpful.. The Hotel is not a 5 star rating but it is a very good 4 star ... i tried to book again for May but the prices had shot through the off..but i could not say anything negitive about the hotel - On arrival we were upgraded to junior suite.
