The hotel is very well situated, right across from the beach, with a supermarket just around the corner. It is also very close to the historic 'old Marbella'. The studio apartment we had is well set out, with a little kitchen containing fridge, microwave, sink, cutlery, pots and pans, four place settings, glasses etc etc. The beds were very comfortable. it was very clean and was right on the beach i'm going to go back over and i will be staying there again everything about the hotel was perfect i would recommend it to anyone...

Unbelievable great awesome want to come back (as soon as possible :) ). Clean, bright, well appointed accomodation in an excellent location. God location, very safe. Fantastic value for money.Location, service, price. No Complaints. Got a perfect room with the view and facing the sun as requested - although didnt get much sunshine! Friendly helpful staff. asked for an extra hour in the room as husband ill and wasnt a problem. Plenty of spare pillows, toiletries etc. We were very happy and will stay there next time we are back. We came away rested, happy and felt it was one of the nicest breaks we have had. Lovely size room.Location and private parking. Right across from the sea, walking distance to anywhere. We had a balcony that overlooked the sea as requested. The location was excellent for beach or shopping.The studio appartment was spacious and very clean.Nice view (but some of the rooms may face another building not the see; good luck!). Excellent location and rooms fab. whilst I felt I got a raw deal with no separate bedroom and the cost of my room was a 30% dearer than the double studio which was identical to my room all the rooms had a settee in them but ours just had a pull out bed under it for the third bed (big deal) we had no separate bedroom like my other guests that also had booked a triple studio , having said this the room was airey and spacious.It was located very near the sea and that was marvelous. We also had sea view which was also nice. Excellent view from the balcony, city centre and also the beach are very close. The location was very cnetral to all ammenities and the View was fantastic. reception staff were excellant, centre of things in marbella,. location was really fantastic. Very pleasant staff. Very good location next to the beach and Old Town Marbella .Hotel had good interior finish and top floor buffet breakfast with great views of the Med.Location of the Hotel and Freindliness of staff. It is a very nice , clean apt. and the location is perfect for the beach and for the old town also for getting a bus. Will definitely go back there again.However we did not get a studio overlooking the bay as I had asked for. Other friends who i had recommended the apart. to did get one with a wonderful view but had booked with another company.There were 12 of us in total and all enjoyed our stay. Great value for money, clean hotel with friendly staff who were always at hand to help if required. This was my second visit and the hotel took on board my special requests too, we had a great weekend!!!. very clean,helpful staff and very close to beach ,shops and restrauants. Good clean Hotel, close to the beach and Marbella old town.The size of the room and it had all the facilities I needed. The hotel was really excellent. The only small item that I would have liked in the apartment was washing-up liquid and also a little brush or dishcloth for washing up. These items not supplied. When staying for a few days, you do not want to buy a whole container of washing up liquid.No, there wasn't anything I disliked about the hotel. No, would not say a bad thing about the hotel. I was in a group of 8 adults and all of us where very impressed.The guy who checked us in seemed a bit disinterested, not really rude, just did not seem to care to have pleasantries with us. The other staff members were a lot friendlier. No everything was spot on also the pool was nice and quiet and private.Complicate parking access. Pool a bit small and it woudl be nice if bar was open later. probably the size of balcony alittle too small, other than that everythng was great. restaurant quality of food was very poor. No direct access to car park from hotel (not mentioned on web). The access is by stairwell / lift via a side street. Its not a pleasent walk down the stairwell to get to the car. The shower door did not close properly so the bathroom floor got really wet. When we arrived the room was spotless but the daily cleaning was not great.carparking, I had an 8 seat car and it was very difficult to get out of the carpark once in. The equipment in the kitchen was relative poor.. especially there was no carving knife.Having to lift heavy cases up 6/7 steps in foyer. Better facilities for English TV programmes. No restaurant or bar.We missed a water cooker or water cattle to boil water for coffee/tea. i got a room somewhat in the back, would have liked one closer to the front (boulevard), no dutch tv channels. parking problems. two twin beds for married couple. Rooms were a little noisy as you could here noises from rooms on each side.If you are lucky enough to receive a sea view lucky you! Otherwise you back onto appartments and your view is other peoples lives... The vew is not that great therefore if you don't get sea view appartment, but everything else is good!. being asked to pay up front.never been asked that before.The staff were a bit of a mixed bag. The younger they were, the more helpful they were! Watch out for the older chap on the front desk - somewhat surly!!. as above in the pool area.Despite requesting a sea view we didn't get one, parking a little expensive, no real nightlife. Everything was fine. Breakfast was not included in the price. The room we stayed in had a sink. There was a bad smell coming out of the sink. The swimming pool and sun terrace - did not like roof top location. The receptionist that booked us in could have been a little more interested in her job!. Ensuite and toilet cleaning wasn't bad but needs to be improved.
